Thank you for shopping with Mahj Is Life. Many of our products are made to order, which means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days after an order is placed.

Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. During periods of high demand, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control, fulfillment may take longer.

U.S. Shipping

After your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 3–4 business days.

As a result, most U.S. orders can generally be expected to arrive approximately 5–9 business days after the order is placed, although delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If expedited shipping is available for your order, available options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated based on factors such as the products ordered, order size, and delivery destination.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be fulfilled at different facilities or packaged separately. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one shipment.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking information are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur because of weather, carrier delays, increased shipping volume, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the control of Mahj Is Life.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mahjislife.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered production or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please first review your tracking information for updates.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at contact@mahjislife.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number so we can investigate the shipment.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, shipping times vary depending on the destination, product, fulfillment location, carrier, and customs processing.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless those charges are specifically shown as included at checkout.

Mahj Is Life is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
